This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are allowed, how to request a refund or cancel services, and limitations and exceptions. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Service Nature

Our services are digital and/or campaign-based, often involving ongoing advertising budgets, third-party ad spend, and professional time. Results from digital marketing campaigns (leads, clicks, conversions, ROI) cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control (platform algorithms, audience behavior, competition). Because of the nature of these services, refunds are limited and evaluated case by case.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally considered under the following circumstances:

Important: Customized strategies, SEO campaigns, or content creation that has already begun or been delivered are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may request service cancellation at any time by emailing contact@sehwal.co.in with your account/order details. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

If the service has not yet started, full payment may be refunded. If the service has partially started, a pro-rated refund may be offered, considering:

Cancellation does not exempt you from paying fees for work already completed.

5. Advertising Budgets

Digital marketing services often involve third-party advertising spend (Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). All ad spend allocated and executed is non-refundable, even if campaigns are canceled midway. Refunds may only cover service fees (management, consultation, strategy) and not platform spend.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 5 business days. Refund evaluation may take up to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the services and documentation provided. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon.
